1General Terms
The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
The Course Fee is refundable only under specified conditions outlined below.
Students may choose from approved payment options, including Semester Payment and Monthly Payment.
2Course Commencement & Payment Requirements
To commence the course and obtain access to the LMS, students must pay:
- The Registration Fee, and
- 100% of the Course Fee upfront, as per the selected payment options.
For each subsequent semester, 100% of the semester fee must be paid upfront on or before the semester commencement date.
Any remaining balance under the chosen payment option must be settled on or before the specified due dates.
3Late Enrollment
Students who join after the official course commencement date are still required to adhere to the original payment due dates.
4Late Payments
Failure to settle fees on or before the due date will result in:
- Accumulation of outstanding balances, and
- A penalty as applicable.
If a student fails to pay the required fees by the due date, the College reserves the right to suspend or withhold all academic services, including:
- Assessment submissions
- Examination participation
- Learning services
- Access to results
5Dropout Status
A student who fails to pay the required fees for more than 30 days from the due date will be classified as a dropout from the course.
6Intake Transfer Policy (New Students)
6.1 Before Course Commencement
100% of the Registration Fee and Course Fee already paid will be transferred.
If the next intake has higher fees, the student must pay the difference.
6.2 Within 2 Weeks After Commencement
75% of the Registration Fee and Course Fee will be transferred.
Any fee difference for the next intake must be paid by the student.
6.3 After 2 Weeks From Commencement
No transfer of Registration Fee or Course Fee will be permitted.
7Intermission Policy (Existing Students)
7.1 Within 1 Month of Semester Commencement
75% of the Course Fee paid will be transferred.
7.2 Within 2 Months of Semester Commencement
50% of the Course Fee paid will be transferred.
7.3 After 2 Months From Semester Commencement
No transfer of Course Fee will be permitted.
8Refund Policy (New Students)
8.1 Before Course Commencement
100% of the Course Fee paid will be refunded.
8.2 Within 2 Weeks After Commencement
50% of the Course Fee paid will be refunded.
8.3 After 2 Weeks From Commencement
No refund will be issued.
9Exit Fee
If a student exists the program at the end of Year 1 or Year2, an Exit Fee must be paid to obtain the certificate and transcript.
10Fee Revisions
The College reserves the right to revise fees without prior notice.
However, fees will not be increased midway through an active semester.
